Solace Messaging for Pivotal Cloud Foundry® documentation
Installation
Prerequisites
The Solace Service Broker requires the MySQL for Pivotal Cloud Foundry
tile to be installed. The MySql tile needs
to be configured to have a Max Storage of 100
(MB) in its Service Plan
configuration page.
The Solace Messaging Tile also requires external Virtual Message Routers (VMRs) to be pre-installed. Images to install the VMR can be downloaded from the Solace Developer’s Portal Download Page. Instructions on how to set up a VMR can be found on the Solace Developer’s Portal Get Started Page. Note that the PCF installation must have access to those VMRs via these ports :
- Destination port 22 to access the Message Router’s shell
- Destination port 8080 to access the Message Router’s configuration SEMP interface
- By default, Ports 7000 to 7035 to access the Messaging services (Starting port can be changed from the Tile’s configurable options)
